Multicraft Maintenance Technician

  • Layout, install, maintain and troubleshoot electrical equipment such as lighting and motor controls
  • Wire fairly complicated circuits
  • Diagnose and remedy electrical trouble on all equipment, using wiring diagrams, control ladders and PLC’s
  • Mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills, including hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Layout and perform difficult machining operations, fabricate and weld
  • Diagnose and remedy machinery problems, including tearing down and reassembling machines
  • Devise, develop and construct tools and mechanisms
  • Involves considerable development work, skilled fitting, timing and adjusting

Requirements:

  • Understand for hydraulic and pneumatic circuits
  • Strong electrical skills, including DC and single- and 3-phase AC installation and troubleshooting
  • Understand electrical drawings and control schematics
  • Five years’ experience in Industrial Maintenance field
  • Must have all hand tools required by job
  • Lift up to 40 lbs.

ACME Screw Machine Set Up Operator – Full Time

We are looking for an experienced multi-spindle screw machine setup operator:

  • Must have two years relevant experience with ACME, Davenport, or Brown & Sharpe screw machines.
  • Machine Set-Up: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Job duties include loading material, gaging parts, print reading, grinding/sharpening tools, and adjusting tools.
  • Proficient in use of micrometers, calipers, and other various measurement devices
  • Must be able to diagnose machine trouble and make mechanical adjustments and minor repairs.
  • Must have all hand tools for the job.
  • Able to lift to 40 lbs.

Pay: $24.00 – $25.59

Cell/Production Operators

Requirements are:

  • Ability to operation of various types of machines and equipment including:
  • Assembly, drilling, milling, tapping, reaming, punching, heading, bending, staking, threading, molding, placing parts in the appropriate containers
  • Other related operations and machines as required.
  • Check production quality. Change and adjust all standard tools.
  • Will process product within the cell including minor set-up and repair of parts.
  • Will have occasional help from Set-up and Supervisor.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. and work second shift.

Pay: $18.00 – $20.92 per hour
